Every value comes from crypto.getRandomValues, never Math.random, and characters are drawn with rejection sampling rather than a modulo — otherwise the first few characters of the alphabet come up measurably more often and you quietly lose entropy. Nothing is generated on a server, so nobody else has ever seen these.
